Heading home.

I was blessed enough to go home to California to visit my family and spend some time with my Nana recently. It was the first time that they had seen me since my big career change, and they were all excited to see me in my uniform. My family has always been my biggest cheering section, and it was wonderful to share my excitement with them. Having their support and encouragement makes me even more proud to wear my wings. While we all came together for a sad reason, I was reminded once again of the grace and the favor that God has placed over my family. I cannot describe the feeling I have with these people, but I just know that no matter what God is always moving and always bringing things together for our good. He brought my cousin Sarah from South Korea, and me from Texas into the same airport, at the same time, on the same day. What are the odds of that happening? I even got to FINALLY meet my God-girl, miss Brooke, and spend some time with the Wallenburg family. I had an incredible time with the people I am lucky enough to call my family and I thought I would share a few snapshots from my visit.

How flight attendants stay fit.

As a flight attendant, I'm constantly on the go, which means I don't always get to eat as healthy as I would like, and I'm constantly traveling and trying new foods. We are required to look fabulous in our uniforms and people often ask me how I stay so fit! Well wonder no more, I'm excited to announce the beginning of a new project that is taking flight attendant culture by storm! Here's a sneak peek of my new workout video, "frequent flyer fit & fabulous!" stay on the lookout for the official launch!

Special thanks to my workout partner and camera crew, Jude. Xoxo. ;)

Seriously though people, we go through a lot to keep ourselves entertained, if you can't laugh at yourself, what can you laugh at?? Hope this made you giggle.
